Your entire order will be shipped out at once/at the same time. So if you do buy any Available Now Products, they will be shipped alongside your Pre-Ordering products when stock becomes available, which will be specified within the product page for the Pre-Ordering product.

Example: you order one “Available Now Product” and one “Pre-Ordering Product” that will be released 3 months from today. Your entire order will be shipped out together once the Pre-Ordering Product becomes available to ship.

Estimated time of shipping will be displayed under each product. You can also go to Contact Me and send your Invoice Number and we can provide our best estimated timeframe on when the products might be shipped out.

Most countries are available to ship to. Here are the countries we are able to ship to now:

United States of America (50 states only), Canada, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand.

We only accept returns on defective products. We will take photos of packages prior to shipping out, and if products are damaged in transit, we will accept returns.

The buyers will be responsible for fees incurred from the transaction and shipping cost back to us. Only after we receive back the damaged items, will we ship out new items to you.
